My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms had significant maintenance issues, and the service was unresponsive to our concerns. It's not a place I would recommend, especially for the price we paid. However, once we escalated our complaints, the staff became slightly more accommodating, which was a small silver lining.
